A week ago I sat for the ITIL v3 Foundation Exam. The ITIL® v3 (version 3) Foundation is the newest entry level Certification Course for IT Service Management Best Practices. This is a three (3) day course that prepares for the certified ITIL v3 Foundation exam (optional), which is an integral part of the course curriculum.

I was schedule to attend this training in December, but the day before training started one of the participant pulled out. The training was conducted by Quint Wellington Redwood.

We had to register ourselves at their website and was told we can check our results after one week. I was really anxious as I wasn’t very sure of my answers, not to mention that this is the first time in about 10 years I’m sitting for an exam.

Fast forward a week, I got my result online and I was also able to download a copy. I believe they will send the original certificate in a few weeks time.
